Researched and wrote: Strengthened Ties - Strengthened Communities: an Aboriginal Strategy on HIV/AIDS in Canada, for Inuit, Métis and First Nations people, Canadian Aboriginal AIDS Network, Ottawa, ON. June 2003.
Developed an Evaluation Framework for the National Aboriginal Council on HIV/AIDS, Health Canada, Ottawa ON. March 2003.
Researched and wrote five Case Studies, which evaluated the impacts and benefits behind funding provided by the Aboriginal Healing Foundation, Ottawa ON:
1) Healing the Multi-generational Effects of Residential School Placement - Urban Access Program, Saskatoon SK. This project provided clinical and traditional counseling and operated largely under the Medicine Wheel Concept and provided its services through a street-outreach type office. September 2002;
2)Healing and Harmony in Our Families, Cape Dorset, NU. This project operated in an Inuit community and provided healing and training to service providers and interested community members and Elders to develop a healing strategy for the community, based on the “Heal the Healer” approach. February 2002;
3) Two-Spirited Youth Program, Urban Native Youth Association, Vancouver BC. This project targeted Two-Spirited youth, a term used by many in the Aboriginal community which would include gay, lesbian or transgendered. It also included those questioning their sexuality and those being sexually exploited. It addressed issues related to the legacy of Residential Schools and how such experiences may have impacted sexuality issues for today’s youth. December 2001;
4) Every Warrior’s Song: Honouring Residential School Survivors - A Theatre Production, George Manual Institute and Neskonlith Band, BC. The project researched and delivered a theatrical production which educated various BC communities on the legacy of Residential Schools. It also provided counseling and support to audience members overcome by the realism behind the performances. September 2001;
5) Our Youth, the Voice of the Future, Big Cove First Nation, NB. This project targeted at-risk youth in a community troubled with ongoing suicides. Self-described as an integrated early intervention, prevention and aftercare program. June 2001.

Conducted a process evaluation of the Aboriginal Capacity Building project on community-based research, Canadian Aboriginal AIDS Network, Ottawa, ON. March 2001.
